We had a great conversation with actress Tamara Bass on The Chris & Sandy Show. We talked about many things from God, family, acting, sacrifices, she told some great stories to a whole lot more! This conversation got heavy at times but hey thats what our tagline says “Up close & personal”. Thats the mission of the show.

Tamara Bass stars in the film, If Not Now, When?, in theaters now and streaming on demand. She also wrote the screenplay, and co-directed and co-produced the film with fellow star Meagan Good. This marks the first time two Black women have co-directed a feature film that one of them wrote, and both of them produced and starred in. If Not Now, When? premiered at the American Black Film Festival, and was nominated for the Jury Award for Best Narrative feature, Best Screenplay, and Best Director.
Tamara just wrapped directing the film, Don’t Waste Your Pretty, set to premiere on TV One on February 28th. The film, inspired by the book of the same name, stars Keri Hilson, Deborah Joy Winans and Redaric Williams. This is her second time directing, her first being If Not Now, When?
