Back at the Wheel: The Return of The Chris & Sandy Show

On January 3rd, 2020, we hit “record” on what would become one of the most rewarding and unexpected journeys of our lives—The Chris & Sandy Show. At the time, we had no grand plans. No fancy studio. No network backing us. Just a desire to create a space where people could share the real stories behind their public personas—starting with up-and-coming country artists.

Over time, that mission expanded beyond music. What began as a niche show quickly grew into a platform welcoming entertainers from every corner of the industry—actors, producers, musicians, models, authors, influencers, reality stars, and more. But through every twist and turn, the heartbeat of the show remained the same: to get the story behind the person.

And wow—what a lineup it’s been.

We’ve been blessed to sit down with icons like Brian Littrell from The Backstreet Boys, Randy Travis, Brooke Burke, Ed Asner and John Schneider. We’ve had great conversations with Matthew West, Terry Fator, and Grammy-winning group All-4-One. We’ve laughed and learned with guests like Perez Hilton, David A. R. White (Pure Flix Founder), and even former Chipotle CEO Monty Moran. We’ve featured rising stars like Laci Kaye Booth, John Morgan, and Tenille Arts, while also shining a light on reality show favorites like Maddie Poppe, Sawyer Fredericks, Noah Thompson, and Jake Hoot. And we’ve welcomed legendary families like Anna Cristina Cash, Tayla Lynn, Georgette Jones, and Jenny Gill, carrying on their iconic family legacies. We have even had our share of 90’s country with John Michael Montgomery, Collin Raye, Tracy Lawrence, Lisa Loeb, Tiffany etc.. Even show hosts like Hannah Fletcher, Cooper Lawrence and John Tesh!!!

Along the way, we’ve learned a few things that have shaped who we are—not just as hosts, but as people:

1. Consistency Builds Trust

In the first two years, we interviewed over 500 guests. That kind of consistency didn’t just build momentum—it built trust. Guests knew we’d show up. Listeners knew they could count on us. Trust became our currency.

2. Everyone Has a Story That Matters

From household names to newcomers, we’ve discovered one universal truth: every person carries a story that someone else needs to hear. Fame doesn’t determine the value of your voice—authenticity does.

3. Let the Walls Come Down

We don’t chase headlines. We chase heart. And when people feel safe enough to drop their guard, the magic happens. Those raw, real moments are what make this show unforgettable—for us, for the guest, and for the audience.

4. Faith Finds Its Way In

While not every guest talks openly about faith, many of our most powerful moments have come when someone takes that step. Whether it’s a subtle mention or a full testimony, we always make space for God to show up—without forcing the moment.

5. Your Platform Isn’t About You—It’s About Service

Hosting this show has taught us that having a platform is a responsibility. It’s not about spotlighting ourselves; it’s about creating a space for others to shine. It’s about listening more than talking—and lifting up voices that may otherwise go unheard.

We did take a break for a few years to build other parts of our brand and pour into new projects, but now—we’re back. Fully present. Re-energized. And more committed than ever to making The Chris & Sandy Show a space where stories are honored, hearts are touched, and lives are changed.

What’s Next for The Chris & Sandy Show?

As we step into this new season, we’re excited to expand the show in fresh and creative ways. In addition to our guest interviews, we’ll be launching two new weekly segments designed to inform, entertain, and give our audience even more value:

1. Entertainment Buzz
This will be a fast-paced 30-minute weekly segment where we break down the latest headlines, trends, and behind-the-scenes stories from across the entertainment world. From film and TV to music and pop culture, we’ll keep you in the loop and share our own perspective on what’s happening in the industry.

2. Entertainment Horror Stories
This one’s a little different—and a lot needed. Each week, we’ll read and react to real stories submitted by people in the entertainment industry who’ve had tough or even toxic experiences. From bad contracts to red-flag behavior, these stories are meant to educate and empower others to navigate the entertainment world more wisely. Sometimes it’ll be raw, sometimes funny, but always honest. Our hope is to shine a light on the darker corners of the industry so others can avoid the same pitfalls.

So whether you’ve been with us since day one or are just discovering the show, welcome to the next chapter. New stories. New faces. New segments. Same heart.

Thanks for riding with us.
