From Shirley Temple dreams to becoming a beloved face on Disney Channel’s Bunk’d, Mallory James Mahoney joins us for a raw, real, and joy-filled conversation about what it really takes to chase your dreams in Hollywood — and keep your heart centered in the process.

In this powerful episode, Mallory opens up about:

• The exact moment as a young child she realized acting was her calling
• How her family’s support—and sacrifices—helped her thrive in the entertainment industry
• The emotional season when her father suffered a traumatic brain injury, and how they overcame it together
• What filming during COVID was like on a major TV set (spoiler: frequent testing, tight restrictions, and serious resilience!)
• How Destiny Baker was a character created specifically for her—based on her look and personality!
• Her love for storytelling, stunts, and quirky characters (including playing her own twin one day?)
• Why acting isn’t about fame, but about purpose, joy, and making a difference—especially when it comes to her passion for environmental awareness

You’ll also catch a sweet cameo from our 9-year-old co-host, some laughs about queso and pickles (yes, seriously), and an encouraging message for young dreamers everywhere.

Whether you’re a fan of Disney, a parent of a young actor, or simply someone who loves hearing the story behind the spotlight, this episode is full of honesty, hope, and heart.
